Precision Drill Bushings
The Boneham Group has been manufacturing Drill Bushings for 100 years. Boneham Drill Bushings are manufactured to ANSI Standards. Additional sizes have been incorporated into the range over many decades of manufacture.
Drill bushings are highly accurate guides for drill bits and reamers. Drill bushings ensure the drill enters the work-piece square and with defined accuracy. Drill bushings also prevent drill wondering, chatter and drill breakage. In a typical drill bushing setup, a jig is located and locked onto the workpiece to ensure repeatable positioning of the drill bushing and resultant drilled holes. Drill bushings lend themselves to not only drilling applications, but for location, alignment and rollers, due to their precision accuracy. Metric Drill Bushings to US ANSI Standards. Large range of stocked sizes and specials manufactured to customer requirement.
Boneham Gun Drill Bushings are manufactured to strict tolerances and concentricity to provide complete accuracy during gun drilling operations.

Dowel Pins
Engineers precision steel dowel pins are hardened and ground parallel pins. Boneham dowel pins are engineered to tight tolerance limits. Dowel pins are essential for accurate locating and alignment, in drilled and reamed holes. Boneham Metal Products offer a complete range of hardened steel and stainless steel dowel pins, both plain and pull dowels (internally threaded), in either inch or metric standard sizes. Special pins to drawing can also be quoted and manufactured to most customer requirements. Boneham also manufacture a pull dowel pin extractor tool in metric sizes M3 – M10 and also to BSW, BSF, UNC, and UNF. All drawings for these items are available in our catalog.
