The HEXA Series Keyless Drill Chucks, known internationally as the CKS chuck, are engineered to deliver exceptional performance across various drilling applications.
These super-high precision drill chucks with an integrated shank and hex key lock system, for CNC machining center drilling, milling, reaming and tapping operations. They permit both clockwise and counterclockwise rotation. Optional balancing service is available up to 25,000 RPM at G6.3, with a maximum RPM of 8,000 without balancing. Precision-engineered to maintain a runout of less than 0.05 mm (0.0012"). Supports drills from 0.5 mm to 16 mm and from 0.02" to 0.625" (5/8") |

Featuring a standard screw thread mount for portable machines and a standard tapered mount for stationary setups, these chucks offer broad compatibility. A self-tightening mechanism automatically increases clamping force in proportion to the torque during drilling, preventing tool slippage in clockwise rotation.
